Information to Submit with your Application
Submitting a complete application package enables us to provide you with a more expedient approval. Once an application has been submitted, you will receive an email requesting the supporting documentation needed to complete the applicaiton packet.
Things you’ll need to submit along with your application (All Products):
- Copy of Driver's License (for all owners)
- Voided Business Check
- Corporate Documentation
- Articles of incorporation and by-laws
- Partnership agreement (if partnership)
- Operating agreement (if LLC)
- Copy of fictitious name filing for any trade names used
Product Specific Submittal Pieces
Merchant Cash Advance:
- Last 6 months of credit card statements
- Last 4 months of bank statements
- Copy of location lease
Purchase Order Financing:
- Detailed accounts receivable aging
- Customer list with phone numbers and addresses
Invoice Factoring:
- Detailed accounts receivable aging
- Customer address list with phone numbers - Total number of clients ___
